<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">昨天晚上给弟子们开示的时候讲到，在这个五浊恶世怎么样来对应自己的三法印：诸行无常、诸法无我和涅槃寂静。这三句话实际上就是小乘佛教解脱的真谛，过去讲就是小乘的解脱道。声闻菩萨、大乘菩提道也是因为在小乘的解脱道上，才能呈现出无上菩提。实际上这个问题就是我们说的“佛菩提道”。“佛菩提道”也就是说我们要走在佛的道路上，用佛的智慧在诸佛的净土上怎么样能够让自己福德深厚。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">诸行无常就是说，在这个有色世界当中，在色受想行识五蕴当中，不管你什么样的行为，虽然什么样的行为都能修种种的福报，但是最后都归结为坏和灭。所以没有一样东西可以长久的，在佛法界讲就是恒长不灭的。诸行无常就是所有的一切都没有长久的。就像我们人生一样生生不息，死了又投胎，投胎了又死了，人投人，生息不灭的。而会在下一次的人生当中再一次投生做人，然后再延续今世没有报完的苦集灭道。所以这本身就是苦啊！人活在这个世界当中，诸行无常就是告诉我们一切都是无常的。因为人生有八苦，这些八苦都是比较现实的，让人感受到自己真正的的内心的痛苦。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">诸法无我，实际上在一切法中没有一个真实不坏的我。因为连这个“我”字本身就是业报所致的。只要有这个“我”字，本身就有生灭法在里面，“我”都是没有的。所以很多人觉得“有我”，但是到了最后你到哪里去了？一个小床最后换成了一个小盒子。人的“我”字，没有必要去执着我相，因为它是永远没有觉知的。但是人的心有觉知，这个“我”是脱离了肉体的，是精神界的，是灵魂界的，是常驻不坏的，乃至到下一世。但是在整个这个世界当中，你在哪里呢？如果按照人精神来讲，你可以说你的确是不能接触人间的法界的任何东西的，所以叫诸法无我。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">涅槃寂静，就是你已经知道了一切法是虚妄不实的，你也知道了这个世界是无边无量生死不息的。等到你能够灭尽一切法，也就是能够灭度五蕴、十二触、十八界，你再也不会来到这个世界，那你也就灭尽了一切苦。也就是当你的境界超脱了人间的五蕴、十二触、十八界，那你实际上已经涅槃寂静了。也就是说真正的解脱，完全明白的解脱，不会有来世的叫“涅槃寂静”。很多人以为死了就是解脱了，其实他们根本没有修成解脱道。就像很多人在人间很苦，他就想到死，实际上这个死对他来讲，是造成他更痛苦的因。所以我们真的要解脱的话，要懂得所有的一切都会灭度的。当你懂得人间的一切都会灭度的，你才会涅槃。涅槃的意思就是，你不会真正的死亡，你的死只是断灭了你在人间的一切法和你的肉身的苦，但是你的心境、知觉、本性、德能全部住于涅槃当中。所以罗汉菩萨经常能知道自己住于涅槃，而有的罗汉也知道自己是生死，不是涅槃。涅槃是不是真正的断灭呢？实际上涅槃中，也不是完全断灭，因为解脱并不是断灭。涅槃寂静就是真正觉悟的解脱，而明白了道理了之后，他才会懂得真正的解脱法是完全的超越。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">很多人在人间都不知道到底诸法无我是说什么。实际上说的深一点就是，一切有为、无为的诸法当中，没有“我”的实体。诸行无常，因为这个世界上的一切，佛法讲都不住于，都处于生住异灭当中，过去有的现在没有的，现在有的将来也一定灭掉，所以就是诸行无常。诸法无我是没有“我”的实体的，哪有我啊？在一切有为、无为的法中，没有“我”的实体。涅槃寂静，今天正好我们佛陀的涅槃日，也就是如果精神上已经灭除了一切生死的痛苦，已经非常的心安理得，什么都明白道理的话，人不会痛苦。涅槃就是一种寂静，不是一种死亡，不是一种断灭没有了，而是一种境界的提升。就像现在我们很多人看到人家在吵架，你不跟着争吵。因为你看穿了，这么吵是没意思的，还会再寂静的。所以他就不讲话，非常的寂灭。他已经非常明白所有的一切真谛了，所以他不会在现实当中跟一种虚幻去争吵，去赢得一些自以为那是真理的东西。这就是人为什么要解脱，人为什么要懂得三法印。</span>
