<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">无常是什么意思？无常就是代表这个世界上的一切有为法、所有的一切都是没有长久的，它是变换不定的。人生无常就是难以预测，幻化不定。当年荀子讲过一句话：“趣舍无定谓之无常”。这个无常包括，一生你要住多少的地方，你要做多少的事情，没有一个事情可以永远一直到底的。民间传说也说，我们的父母亲有时候我们也是离开他们，跟父母亲也是一段缘分。在民间流传的一种“无常”就是鬼，称为无常鬼。无常有两位，一个叫黑无常，一个白无常。这个无常就是告诉你们，这个世界上一切都是没有长久的，所以在人间不要把人间一切当成永久的，永远的。要真正明白这些，要真正懂得这些，就要明白，这个世界一切都是没有长久的。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">白无常一般是管着人间的，藏红色的舌头吐得很长，全身都是白色的，手里拿着一根哭丧棒，这种造型，别人一看就看出来是白无常。黑无常身上全是黑色的，吐出来的舌头也是鲜红的。如果你在阳间做了很多恶事——打人、骂人、杀人、放火……都是白无常管的，他把你记录了。黑无常是管你阴的，你在人间做的阴事——偷偷摸摸搞人家，偷偷去通奸，偷偷去害人，表面上“我对你真好”，背后害死人……实际上黑无常就是管你这些的。比方说，阎王老爷说“来，黑白无常去把他的魂给我拉回来”的时候，黑白无常就去了。去了之后一核对，他在阳间做了多少恶事，做了多少缺阴德的事情，“来，拉走！”那么就拉走了。黑白无常对这个世界上这种阴阴阳阳的人（当面一套、背后一套的人），非常痛恨，他可以报告阎王。阎王爷可以命令他们，阎王爷是绝对的权威。过去有一句话“阎王注定三更死，谁敢留人到五更”，就是说，掌握人间生死大权的是阎王老爷，黑白无常是来具体执行的。很多人还不知道，黑白无常他们两个是有帽子的，一个人戴一顶帽子，白无常的帽子上写的是“天下太平”，黑无常的上面写的是“一见发财”。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">我们学佛人要懂得世间什么都是无常的。佛家经常讲无常，无常是什么意思呢？佛教教义就是：这个世界上的一切事物和思维的概念都是生灭变化无常的。我们心里想一个念头，过一会儿自己又否定了，那么把这个念头也去掉了。在三法印里讲到“诸行无常”，佛经上说“色无常，受想行识无常，一切诸行无常”。这个“色”并不是指男女之色，是讲我们在人间所看到的有色世界的一切，都无常的。你想想，在这个世界上哪一样东西是永远、有常的？没有的，你们想一想就知道了。为什么？因为成、住、坏、空四个阶段，佛教认为任何现象、事物其实只存在于非常短暂的那个刹那之间，叫刹那无常，在这个一刹那当中经历了生、住、异、灭四个阶段，过去就称为“四相”。实际上这个四相和“我相、人相、众生相、寿者相”都是不一样的。怎么样来克服它？怎么样知道它的存在？实际上就是告诉我们，这个世界上既然一切都会变，我们就不能把它看成是一个死的东西，要把它看成活的，活的东西就会变。很多自杀的人就是因为已经把任何事情看到死了，看到死了之后觉得没希望了，他觉得一切都是无常的，“我放下了，我不要了，我走了”。这个就是“断灭”，他本身已经没有希望，这个叫“断见”。断见就是：觉得这个事情的一切……人死了什么都没有了。所以这种也是不好的。佛教讲“断见”，还有一种叫“常见”。常见就是觉得这个世界上很多东西都是有常的，并不是说没有了就没有了。实际上“断见”和“常见”这两个都要去除，因为这不符合佛法的精神。我们经常讲，佛法的精神就是世事无常，让我们知道世事无常，但是我们又怎么样在心中去除无常，让自己变得心中能够产生大智慧。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px; color: rgb(100, 100, 100);">在这个世界上要懂得“迁流无暂停，终将变异”，“终将变异”就是变化。过去说山河大地，包括一切有为法，全部都是“迁流无暂停，终将变异，皆悉无常”，一切都是无常的。为什么会无常？因为它因缘而生，因缘而灭，所以就无常了。缘分来了，开始了；缘分结束了，那么就没有了。所以因缘而生，因缘而灭。</span>
