<span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>一般每天 3-5 遍 《礼佛大忏悔文》 ，可以配合每周至少 3-5 张小房子给自己的要经者</strong>。</span>

<span style="font-size: 18px;">***在小房子数量有保证的情况下，重病患者可以每天念诵 5 遍《礼佛大忏悔文》 。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px;">如果此生杀业较重，或者祖上有杀业，也要同时加念《往生咒》 ，每天 27 或 49 遍，超度因为自己而死去的小灵性。</span>

<strong><span style="font-size: 20px;">小房子要每周至少 3 张以上，如果能多念小房子是更好的</span></strong><span style="font-size: 20px;">，最好能够许愿一波念诵多少张，比如可以许愿“一波念诵 21 张或者 49 张，在某某日期前念诵完” ，此后再一波一波念诵直到痊愈。<strong>并且每念完三四张就要赶紧烧掉，而不要等一波念完之后才烧</strong>。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px;">此外，<strong>如果梦见亡人或者曾经流产打胎的话，也一定要抓紧时间超度亡人和流产的孩子</strong>，一般至少要念诵 7 张小房子给流产的孩子（敬赠：某某某的孩子。某某某为他*的名字） 或亡人 （敬赠： 某某某。 某某某为亡人的名字） ，如果能够念诵 21 张以上的小房子是更好的。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px;"><strong>同时还要许愿，许愿越大，效果越好，但是一定要做到</strong>，比如：如果病好后，度多少人，现身说法，弘扬佛法等等。如果觉得自己能力有限可以许愿，从今以后初一、十五吃素，从此不吃活的海鲜，从此不杀生。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px;">在初一、十五放生效果最好，到了放生地点可以念《大悲咒》、《心经》、《往生咒》，遍数不限，能多念点最好， 念经前要说出自己名字：“请大慈大悲的观世音菩萨医治我 XXX 某个部位的疾病，早日恢复健康” 。如果自己行动不便，可以让家人代放生，但是最好是用病人自己的钱放生。</span>
