<span style="font-size: 20px;">希望你们好自为之，好好珍惜自己的慧命，不要浪费自己的生命，每个人想到过去对不起别人都会掉眼泪，对不起外公外婆、对不起老师，对不起爱过我的人，对不起父母亲。父母给了你们一辈子，你们给了父母一阵子。今天一个马来西亚的男同修打进节目电话，最早的时候父亲还没投胎，梦里告诉他说“我会经常来看你们的” ，后来再梦见， 已经变成别人家的一个婴儿了。 他问台长： “是不是我父亲投胎了？”我说“是的” 。 “我对不起父亲啊，对不起啊……”一个人的一生，永远在对不起别人和别人对不起你中活着，这就是缘分，所以我们不能再去对不起别人。心中要常生佛，才能拥有觉受。和大家讲得很深，但最后就是“觉受”两个字。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px;">不要住色生心，不要把看到的有色世界常住心中——这个车子好，这个房子好……印度尼西亚有一个地方经常有火山，房子特别便宜，有很多外国投资者在那里买了一大片庄园，到火山爆发的时候房子全部都没了，梦幻泡影。“不应住色声香味触法生心” ，不要看到好的、听到人家说好话、闻到香的东西就心动，不要去动。看到漂亮的就想要，就是动心了；看到好的衣服不舍得离开橱窗，就是动心了；看到一个女人长得很好看，眼睛在她身上多停留一会儿，就是有住色声香味触法而生心，将这个心住到上面去了。 “应无所住而生其心” ，不要住任何心， “我没有住任何心，我无所谓” ，你生出来的心才是大无畏的心，没有对谁好，对谁不好，对什么事情都无所谓。</span>
