<span style="font-size: 20px;">自心明白，就是自己心里要明白，人间什么都是假的、都是无常的。人要走的时候，心里是没有一种感受体的，没了，心里没有感觉了。除非在人间还没有走之前，你已经觉悟了，你才能真正体会到似是而非的人生，好像活着又好像没活一样，好像有又好像没有一样。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px;">人的心很奇妙，一会儿开心，一会儿不开心。你跟他讲话：“听说他不开心。”“没有啊，我刚刚跟他通电话，他很开心啊！怎么后来又不开心了？”为什么？一会儿得到，一会儿失去。一会儿得到快乐，一会儿失去了快乐；一会儿得到悲伤，一会儿失去悲伤，人的一生就是在得到和失去中，在选择和没有选择中，在痛苦和快乐中，度过这些无常的日子。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px;">人的意念一会儿清净，一会儿浮躁，都是外境带来的影响。师父救人多难，师父经常给佛友做思想工作，指导他们怎么样用菩萨的智慧来解脱自己心中的烦恼。有些佛友当场就跟师父说：“师父，这件事我想明白了，我不难过了，我想通了，我真的很开心，我一定听师父的话，好好改自己的毛病。” 当时讲得好好的，可是第二天，老毛病又犯了，又难过了，这不就是无常吗？</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px;">师父曾经讲过，有一对夫妻吵了很多年，每次都吵得很厉害，吵到最后说去离婚算了。“走，一起去离婚！”“去吧！现在就到法院去！”农村里的法院比较近，也没有什么交通工具，那时候两个人就走着去。他们走到一个大水塘前面，过不去，老公说：“我来背你过去吧？”老婆想着自己的鞋子不能湿掉，就同意老公背她过去。当时刚下过雨，是一个大水塘，背过去之后，老婆从老公身上一下来就说：“老公，我们回去吧！我觉得你还是蛮好的。”</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px;">人生就是这样，不停地在变化，在无常地变化。负能量的变化会伤自己，也会伤别人。犹如一道菜，一会儿咸，一会儿淡。那个菜尝一口，太咸了，放点糖；太甜了，再放点盐；再放点糖，再放点盐，几次下来，就变成椒盐味了。人是这样的，感情也是这样，心态也是这样。关注当下最重要，当下开心是真开心，当下痛苦，你是真的在痛苦。菩萨就是告诉我们，人心的奇妙变化，都是受外界的影响。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px;">凡夫常生病，是因为受到外界对自己的影响。你们经常生病，是外境对你们产生的影响。有时候，因为别人的几句话，你们的情绪会有很大波动，可想而知，外面的环境对人的影响有多大。外境有时候会牵动人的心，你就会产生一种欲望的载体。别人告诉你：“这个东西很好、很便宜，以后会涨价的，你要去买啊！”好了，你去买了，欲望的载体来了，那你就会在这个载体中去争斗、去找寻、去发现，最后把自己给套住。</span>

<span style="font-size: 20px;">师父跟大家讲经说法一个小时了，大家听得很开心吧？开心的时候，时间就会过得很快。如果师父叫你们在那里静坐，而你静不下来，那你就会感觉像被罚坐一样；静得下来，就叫禅坐。你们刚才在听师父弘法的一个小时中，坐在这里静下来，脑子什么都不想，所以时间过得很快。如果你们心里想着很多烦恼的事情，比如明天单位里开会，孩子怎么安排，家里要买个什么用品，等，那么，你的脑子就不清净，你根本不能安静地禅坐，不能禅坐就会影响你的禅修。禅修是什么？坐在这里坐得住，然后在静养修心，就叫禅修。定得下来叫禅定，禅定之后就会得到菩萨的禅的智慧，即禅智。</span>
