 离苦得乐要有正思维，一定要坚定自己的出离心，然后要达到知苦、断欲和灭贪的境界。在人间很苦，苦来自哪里？来自人的欲望和贪心，那我们就要断欲，把欲望断掉，把贪心灭掉。灭贪之后就是修行，从而领悟人生的真谛，人来到人间就是来吃苦的。不要以为人间很开心，哪个人活得不累？不要以为就你一个人累。我们学佛人在生活中，不要排斥逆境和障碍，有时候逆境来了，害怕、躲避和排斥都是没有用的，烦恼还是会跟着你。障碍来了，躲避也是没有用的。犹如一块石头冲你砸了过来，躲避已经是来不及了，你只能看看用什么方法改变现状。
 
 
 
 
 
 师父教你们一种方法，可以改变人心中的障碍，这就叫逆加持。逆加持是帮助我们成长的力量。比方说，今天你吃苦了，你就想象一下：“我过去比现在还要苦，我现在已经很好了。”用现代话讲，叫忆苦思甜。想一想我们过去苦的时候，不知道比现在苦多少，过去我们吃的苦更多，现在已经比过去好很多。
 
 
 
 
 
 佛法里面讲，究心不求无障，就是你的心到底了，究竟到底了，你也不要去求这个世界有没有障碍给你，障碍永远都会有。心无障碍则所学滞，如果你心中没有障碍，太顺利了，你的学习可能会停下来，你就不会进步。反过来说，当你心中有障碍的时候，你才会不断地去学习，去寻求解脱的方法。
 
 
 
 
 
 立行不求无魔，就是今天我所做的事情，我所行的事情，不求无魔，不可能没有魔障。记住一句话，你们做任何事情，都会有魔障缠扰，有魔障跟你捣乱。然后，行无魔则誓愿不坚，如果你在修行当中，没有魔障跟你捣乱，那么你的誓愿一定不会坚强。所以说，在修行中没有吃苦的人，是修不成佛的。你们每天在佛堂跪几个小时认真念经，法师每天从早到晚都念经，这些都是靠着坚强的意志，必须要修，必须要这样。
 
 
 
 
 
 于人不求顺适，人顺适则心必自闭。人不应该追求顺利和舒适，如果一个人什么事情都很顺利，他的心就会自闭。很多富有的家庭，不缺钱、不缺名、不缺利，家里要什么有什么，有保姆阿姨，这种家庭长大的孩子在家里很容易自闭。常言道，穷人的孩子早当家，当家早就会锻炼自己，小时候吃苦的孩子，长大了会有好前途。家里太有钱的孩子是长不大的，因为他什么都有了，整天在家里无事可干，感觉没劲，什么也不想干。这种孩子需要给自己正能量的追求，才不会懈怠、颓废。
 
 
 
 
 
 很多弟子问师父：“师父，为什么到了天上，不能再修到更高的天？”因为太享福了，这就是为什么欲界天、长寿天的天人很难再修心。长寿天的天人可以活很长时间，欲界天的天人要什么有什么，想吃什么就吃什么，想要房子有房子，想到哪里去，意念一动就到了，过得可舒服呢。在天界的人是怎么享受的呢？只要脑子想到什么，就会有什么。比方说我们在天上，今天晚上大家想去听师父开示，意念一到，人就坐在这里了。师父一想：“这么小的地方，应该大一点。”意念一动，道场就变得很大。听完师父的开示，想给大家准备点好吃的芒果，芒果马上就会变出来，你们吃进去就跟真的一样。天界有这么舒适的享受，天人还会努力念经、修心吗？
 
 
 
 
 
 天人身上不臭，不要洗澡。等到身上发臭的时候，那个天人基本上快要下来了。天人有五衰，就是有五种衰亡现象出来，那就快下来了。娑婆世界的众生这么苦，可他们也很难生出出离心。想想看，说你们不幸福，你们很多人在人间还舍不得走。在人间，有几个人想死的？没有一个人想早死。很多人年纪很大了，腰不好站不住，想吃牙齿咬不动，想到哪里去玩，腿走不动，他还要继续留在人间，情愿吃苦，也不想走，不想到天上。很多人就是一直痛苦到底，到最后才无可奈何地离开这个人间。要记住，人的欲望和贪心在人间是停不下来的，学佛人终归想要上天，只有产生出离心，在人间才会精进修心。
 
 
 
 
 
 佛法难闻，很多人听不到佛法，所以他们很难有出离心。你们坐在这里，听闻佛法，是多么的法喜和开心。所以，学佛要如理偕意，就是自己做的所有事情，第一要如理如法，第二要偕同着有意义的事情就去做，没有意义的事情就不要去做。还要法随法行，我今天学的佛法，我要沿着佛法的行为去做，反观自己，经常看一看自己像不像菩萨。
 
 
 
 
 
 在人间吃点苦、流点汗，是微不足道的，不算什么。不吃苦、不流汗，难道你是到人间来享受的吗？人间这个地方是三善道里最差的一个道。求不得苦也是一个很大的苦，当一个人求一件事情求不到的时候，他苦不苦？求不得的时候，又会产生种种烦恼，更苦更痛，在识境上，会陷入一个苦痛的阶段。意识会产生痛苦，所以人的苦是意识上的苦，而不是真正的苦。
