 要学会调伏自己的身心，调节自己的心情，修忍辱波罗蜜。世间一切都会过去，如同过眼云烟。就像沙滩上的脚印一样，当你走过沙滩的时候，留下了你的足迹，当你再回头的时候，一阵海浪把你的脚印全部打没了。人活一生，要心胸宽广，每一天都要用智慧冲洗自己内心的毒素，不要让自己内心贪瞋痴的毒素污染自己的灵魂。每一天心中都要充满观世音菩萨的慈悲心和救度众生之心，让自己的灵魂保持清净。
 
 
 
 
 
 大家要知道，拜师实际上并不是拜师父，而是拜伟大的佛陀和大慈大悲观世音菩萨大智慧的佛道。菩萨要你们守住戒律，你们今天学佛，就是自己尊重自己，因为要改变自我，就不能再像过去一样颓废，就不能自暴自弃。你今天要想得到别人对你的尊敬，首先你要自己尊敬自己，给自己一个空间，不要走偏。学佛学法一定要昂首挺胸地往前走。你们现在有师父，最好跟着师父好好地往前走。明白这个世界上一切都不可得，这也是苦空无常的宇宙真理，并且永远不会改变。
 
 
 
 
 
 师父经常跟大家讲，人的烦恼就像六祖慧能讲的：“菩提本无树，明镜亦非台，本来无一物，何处惹尘埃。”我们人本身就是空的，来到人间，脑子都是空的，是后面那些世间现象装进了我们的思维中。如果装的是好的，你的心就好；装坏的，你的心就不好。“明镜”，就是指你的心像一面镜子一样，希望你们每天拿着这面“心”的镜子，照见五蕴皆空，去照那些善良的、慈悲的、好的东西，那么你的心中就拥有了善良、慈悲、好的东西。如果你今天去照了尘埃，那么你的心就拥有尘埃。如果你的心本来就没有尘埃，那你去哪里惹尘埃？举个简单例子，单位里几个同事正在争吵，你这个人什么事情都不喜欢管，你怎么会有烦恼？你怎么会去参与到这种自私的烦恼之中？所以师父告诉你们，没处惹尘埃。
 
 
 
 
 
 要懂得，在人间不要太介意别人对你说什么。学佛人心中有佛，人间一切如梦幻泡影，如露亦如电。希望大家管好自己的内心，多去帮助别人，不要介意别人说些什么，自己内心不要被外尘扭曲是非。有些人布施是要看人的，说话也喜欢看人，好话只对自己喜欢的人说，不好的话专门用来去骂那些自己不喜欢的人。这种人心中就是杂念怨亲，不憎恶人，每天活在瞋恨中，对那些坏人没有自己的辨别和感觉。菩萨的慈悲是人伤我痛，今天哪怕你是一个恶人，我也要救你，今天你是一个不好的人，我能救你就救你。世间有很多人一边在救人，一边在自救，这种人就是世间的自在人。
 
 
 
 
 
 很多学佛人在对别人有不好的想法、在自己有偏见的时候，还以为自己在思考，还以为自己在拯救世界，还以为自己说的这一套能够让别人理解。你们去看，很多人说话说不清楚，他跟别人讲话的时候讲得很快，他觉得自己讲得很好，但是讲完之后，对方眼睛懵懂懂地看着他，因为没听懂。但是你去问这个说话的人，他一定认为自己全讲明白了，这就是因为人的意识不一样。
 
 
 
 
 
 希望我们学佛人要永远看到希望、看到光明，要活在自在和超越现实中。如果你经常想到自己以后会好，未来会更进步，一切会越来越美好，实际上你就是在学佛中超越了自己，你就是修的出世法。法师之所以能够出家，是因为他们超越了自我，人间的烦恼、人间的名闻利养，这一切他都不要了，他放下了，他才得大自在。
 
 
 
 
 
 要学会宽恕众生，无论他有多坏，或者他曾经伤害过你，或者他曾经通过别人伤害你，你一定要学会放下，你才能真正地快乐。如果每一天你都活在嫉恨别人中，你会越活越嫉恨，越活越痛苦。师父告诉你们，这个世界本来就是很痛苦的，你想在这个人间寻找永远的不痛苦，那只有出离这个世界，只要在六道中轮回你永远会痛苦。
