<span style="font-size: 20px;white-space: pre-wrap;">师父跟大家讲，人生需要有四种修为。修心要有修为吧？要有的。那么，要有什么样的修为呢？师父告诉大家四种修为。
第一种修为是忍得过。什么事情都要能够忍耐，而且要让自己过得去。中华传统文化讲，忍得一时之气，消得百日之灾。你当时忍耐一下，可能几个月之后，别人就不会找你算账了。你今天在别人面前占了上风，骂了他，或者赢得了一些短暂的面子，可能他在心中就会记恨你，这可能会给你招来日后的灾祸。一个能够忍耐的人，就是有智慧的人，忍耐并不代表懦弱。
第二种修为是什么事情都看得破。今天这件事情，别人伤害你了，你要看破它。如果他是有意的，那么可能是我上辈子欠他，或者我这辈子这件事情没有做好，在很久以前种下了这个因。如果他是无意的，更要原谅他。所以要学会淡定，要看破红尘，就像要学会看破我们年轻时候做的那些事情，今天一去不复返一样。看透人生以后，依然能够热爱人生，热爱现实生活，因为我要借假修真，我要在这个人间做菩萨的事情，我来到人间不是为了来烦恼，不是为了来痛苦，而是为了解脱自己、帮助别人。如果你有这样的心态，你才算看破。
第三种修为是拿得起。什么叫拿得起？就是做人要有担当。师父经常跟弟子说，做错事情没关系，敢于承认错误的人就是有骨气，这种人菩萨都喜欢。能够说自己错了，这个人就是有勇气。做错事情不逃避责任，不妄语，自己做错了就承认，这种人会得到别人的赞赏。我既然答应了这件事情，我就要拿得起；今天做错了，我要跟别人说“对不起”，直面自己的人生。做错事情了，可以改正。如果你在内心掩饰自己，撒谎、吹牛、犯戒律，你就是在糟蹋自己的人格。
第四种修为是放得下。放下是什么？不是说单单放下你拥有的一件物品，比如你跟别人争来的一个电冰箱；而是要放下你的偏执。如果你对这个人有意见，你要学会放下。“我不要看这个人，因为这个人过去对我不好，我一看见他就讨厌。”这是一种执着，你能不能放下？从现在开始，你要看他可爱一点儿，要觉得他在转变。
就像我们秘书处的有些孩子，有时候看见就讨厌。但是想一想，他经过师父的教育之后在改变，你要看到他的变化，他正在慢慢地形成优良品质。这时候你心中也要改变看法，要放下自己的偏执，要放下自己过去对他的成见和记忆，要忘记他过去对你的伤害。学会忘记，尤其是忘记别人的缺点，忘记别人曾经对你的伤害，你是最大的受益者。如果你一天不能忘记过去，你一天就不能离开烦恼和惆怅。
还要放下不甘。不甘是什么？就是不甘心。有一个老板，他破产了，然后去了一个很远的地方。别人叫他回来：“我们这里这么多人都可以帮助你。”他说：“我不混出个人样来，我不回去见他们。我在外面不发财，我不会回去的。”最后他死在了外乡。这就是人的执着不甘。你曾经很有钱，并不代表你永远会很有钱。如果这个老板懂得无常的道理，他就不会这么轻易地死了。所以人生要懂得放下欲望，平平淡淡，简简单单，无欲自然心如水。一个人懂得了这些道理，才能产生出离心。</span>
