                  <span style="font-size: 20px;white-space: pre-wrap;">我们在生活中起心动念都要善良。如果你是个很善良的人，别人就会感受到你的慈悲。慈悲是菩萨最重要的一个原则，所以学佛的人，首先要学得慈悲一点。如果这个人不够慈悲的话，这个人就是不懂得善良。但在人世间，难免会做错事，行错道，甚至会误入歧途。前世今生已犯了贪嗔痴怎么办呢？今天台长给大家讲讲怎样来忏悔。

台长现在教大家念的一种经文叫《礼佛大忏悔文》，简称《礼忏》，就是拜八十八尊佛。我们拜这些佛菩萨，就是祈求佛菩萨理解我们在人间所犯的罪孽，这是祈求佛菩萨帮助我们忏悔和消除业障的最好方法。拜了八十八尊佛之后，就求到了忏悔（当然数量也是很重要的一个因素）。所以，消业障最好的方法之一就是拜佛、礼忏。

下面台长给大家讲讲拜佛、礼忏的好处。

拜佛、礼忏的最大好处是让我们认识到自己的罪孽是无边无际的，罪无涯、孽无边。当一个人经过一次投生、二次投生、三次投生和无尽的转业之后，我们的罪孽变成了无尽的。很多人罪业深重啊。我们要体会到生命是有穷尽的，但我们的罪孽是无穷无尽的，所以我们的忏悔也是无穷无尽的。大家想想，我们这一辈子做了多少坏事啊，上一辈子、上上辈子又会做多少坏事啊。所有的坏事就像档案一样永远记录在我们的灵性当中。我们肉体的生命虽然会结束，但是罪业是要随着灵性一起带走的。台长劝大家不要做坏事、不要犯罪，因为罪业是永远跟着灵性走的。所以佛菩萨说：万般带不走，唯有业随身。这就叫业无边、罪无涯。我们的生命是有尽头的，但是我们的忏悔永远不要停止。

拜佛、求忏悔，是每天必须做的功课。每天从早上到晚上，无尽的业障紧随着我们。比如，早上起来，就想着这事我不去做了，让某某去做吧，这就是贪；到了单位，给领导拍拍马屁，说说某位同事的坏话，造口业了；中午到餐厅，想着这活鱼活虾多好吃啊，真新鲜，又犯杀业了。如此的罪业，就需要忏悔，我们在拜佛求忏悔的同时，身体要拜佛，嘴巴要念佛，意识要专注在佛菩萨上面。这样我们才能够真正地达到身、口、意三业的清净，就是身体干净、语言干净和意识干净。有些人即使身体每天洗得很干净，但是脑子里全是坏主意，嘴巴里总在骂人，这也是三业不净。身体做错的事情叫犯身业，嘴巴说错话叫犯口业，脑子里经常想不好的事情叫犯意业。如何达到真正的清净和忏悔呢？就是要用身体拜佛，嘴巴念佛，脑子意识里想着佛，用清净的心来忏悔，功德无量。

台长告诉大家，最好每天念1遍《礼佛大忏悔文》，时间许可的话，最好每天念三到七遍。念《礼佛大忏悔文》功德无量，它像刷子和清洁剂一样，可以刷洗我们灵魂深处肮脏的东西，帮助我们去除杂念。身体造业很容易，比如偷东西，打人，用手指头指着人家，都是身造业。造口业就更加容易了，随便讲人家几句不好的话，挑拨离间、妄语、两舌等都是造口业。现在很多人吃活龙虾、鲍鱼等，也是犯口业。意念犯罪更加容易，只要是想不好的事情就是意念犯罪。比如，你的脑子在想骗骗某个人，这个人太坏了，捉弄他一下等，这些全部是意念犯罪。念《礼佛大忏悔文》后，菩萨会原谅我们的，很多罪业可以在佛菩萨的帮助下和原谅中得到减轻或消掉。
