<span style="color:#4f4f4f"><span style="caret-color: rgb(79, 79, 79); font-size: 20px; white-space: pre-wrap;">人间就如同一个中转站，这一世的努力，是否能在下一世转世到人道、天界、天道或者成佛、成菩萨，还是继续在六道里轮回，就是靠你在人间这一世的不懈努力。生死是一种苦，这种苦在于我们没有办法去知足，所以我们不知道为什么生到这个人间，我们也不知道为什么会离开这个世界。我们唯一知道的，已经投到人间，不是一件开心享乐的事情，因为人间有生、老、病、死，有怨憎会苦，有爱别离苦，有求不得苦，有五阴炽盛苦，这就是我们经常说的人生有八苦。五阴，实际上就是五蕴。五蕴之苦叫五阴苦，实际上就是五蕴之苦——色、受、想、行、识之苦；炽盛苦，实际上就是很多都是内心的感触，这种苦有时候是说不出来的苦，感受，想啊，很多人想不通，就很苦。五阴引起的苦会造成人身体的不调和引起疾病。所以我们有时候有迷惑、造业，就有很多的苦。因为对苦，我们会迷惑，我们认为这是不应该我们受的苦，所以我们拼命地去挣扎，去和那些苦抗衡，所以造成我们更多的造业，在三世流转，最后还是转到生死之苦。所以我们活着要真正懂得要好好修行，只有好好地活着，我们才能脱离这种苦。
从学佛的意义上来讲，真正毒害我们的是贪瞋痴。贪瞋痴为什么会毒害我们？其实归纳到最后就是一个“我”字。因为有了“我”，就以为世界上的一切都是真实的。为了这种假的、假我的真实感，人会生出贪瞋痴慢疑的心。实际上，人最大的毛病就是得到了还想得到，永远不会去放弃自己的意见，而且见到别人好更加生气，起嫉妒心。人的天生的一个毛病，大家一定要记住，这些毛病知道之后，大家可以把它去除，那就是喜欢比较，所以我们今生能有幸得闻佛法，应该赶快开悟，但是我们人却愚痴地固执己见，不肯放下自己，吃的种种苦所得到的那些虚幻的物质、名誉，有时候觉得自己做了一点事情，很了不起，有时候觉得自己做得正确了但是又疑心重重，就像很多人学佛了，明明知道自己找到了正确方向，过一段时间，疑心重重、左右摇晃、举棋不定，这些人总是在痛苦当中活着。
只要在六道当中活着，我们人就是苦的，大家记住了，只要没有脱离六道，受的是永远无止境的苦。还有天人的苦，在于福报享尽的时候。哪怕是天人、阿修罗，都会掉下来。天人的苦是在于福报享尽就开始苦了。阿修罗的苦，在于自己心里一直的不平衡，所以虽然在天上，还是很苦。人的苦在于患得患失。地狱、恶鬼、畜生道，那是苦不堪言，完全是为一点食物、为得到一点物质而相互争斗。其实这三道已经没有福分了，因为在地狱、恶鬼、畜生道是听不到佛法的，他们在下面没有办法闻到佛法，这个是最苦的事情。所以要好好修，珍惜自己的身体和这辈子的慧命，因为得人身不容易。这就是师父今天要跟大家讲的第一个，我们要怎么样抛开“我”字，要怎么样去除自己的贪瞋痴，要怎么样理解人生八苦。
接下来告诉大家就是成佛到底是什么，佛性又是什么。佛性实际上是随缘的，因为我们每个人做人没有选择。佛陀当年悟到几个重要的佛的观念，教导我们，讲的最重要的是，人在人道，学佛必须要有正见。你现在看，人都是不正，思维走偏差，人不正。最后当你佛性显现，不管你在人间还是在净土，因为你能够修到正见，你就可以成为佛，得到了佛的基础，因为你悟道，你一悟永悟，你就永远开悟，你就永远是佛。很多人不知道学佛这么困难，实际上，一要根基，二要悟道，三要精进。有时候问你们，在人间想成佛，靠什么，那就是刚才的三个最重要的。
人要消除自己的执著，如果你自己觉得修心还不够，你应该随顺一切，自然而然地能够解脱。很多人说“为什么苦”，就是执著。有的人拼命地要结婚，最后结不了婚，非常痛苦；有些人要离婚，离不了，他也是很痛苦。所以一切都是自然，并不是结婚一定好，也并不是说离婚一定很苦，很多人是解脱。在这个世界上，学佛学到一定的时候，你要随缘，要学会随缘，学佛人要不执著人间的一切，生也不喜，死也不哀。很多人说，人生出来，开心了，死的时候是哭的。实际上生出来也是哭的，死的时候也是哭的。我们一切无生无死，稀里糊涂来到这个人间，最后走了，再下一次再来到人间，再死了，这种轮回都是无生无死，一切都是在悟。记住师父跟你们讲句话，悟像什么，悟性像一个光芒，当你开悟了，你在这个光芒里面，当你这个人不开悟，你就没有光芒。就相当于在黑暗当中行走，当你开悟了，你就看见了阳光，你就走得出自己的黑暗。所以领悟佛性很重要，领悟佛性，就是要真正地明白和开悟佛性，无生亦无死，以无所得故。既然生了，我们也不怕死，既然生了，一定会死，既然死了，还会再生，所以很多（人）说永生，就是这个道理，所以无生亦无死。我们到人间，一切都得不得，所以一切都不可得。
学佛人在人间最重要的是痛改前非。学佛人痛改前非的时候，痛是一时的，痛了之后就是快乐，那是永远的，所以叫痛快。人不应该有仇恨，也不应该太欢喜。很多人一碰到好事，太开心了，其实这个“太”字就是超越了正常范围，任何一个人如果“太”怎么样，就是超过了正常范围，这个人太瘦了，这个人吃得太多了，太怕热了，全部都是超过正常的。我们做什么事情都不要“太”，如果“太”就是因为你的执著。
人活在世界上，实际上就是完成一个受的过程，人生在世界就是受的过程。受什么呢？会受冤枉、受折磨、受疲劳、受苦受难，所以在人间你必须做好这些准备，其实人间不是极乐的地方，也不是享乐的地方，就是一个跳板。人生的几十年，当你能够进入净土，你就等于完成了这个过程。
一个人想跳出五欲六尘，要平等心待众生。你们知道平等心有什么好吗？平等心会产生慈悲心。比方说那个人跪在马路上在要饭、要点钱，你当时感觉他跟你是兄弟姐妹，你就会产生慈悲心去帮助他。
所以当年佛陀教大家开悟，先要悟。悟什么呢？首先要开悟的就叫悟无所得，断一切烦恼。佛陀告诉我们说：你们要开悟啊，你们先想想你们一辈子能得到什么。师父现在天天跟你们讲，你们走的时候能有什么，房子能得到吗，没有，身体能得到吗，带不走，钱财呢，一切都带不走，所以要悟无所得，你才能断一切烦恼。你去看很多人想通了，就是因为反正这又不是我的，他拿去就拿去好了。很多夫妻吵架的时候，离婚的时候，让他拿去吧，不要了，这个不要了，那个不要了，他已经开悟了，他觉得这个东西最后肯定也不是他的，也不是我的，只是一个东西，所以我去为它烦恼干吗。从古到今，世间人没有一个人能得到什么，这是真理，这是真谛。一个人，不管你是谁，什么都得不到，有所得，根本就是一时的梦幻。</span></span>
